Terms and Conditions of the RH Excellence Loyalty Program
Section 1 – Program Purpose
The RH Excellence Loyalty Program rewards customers with points earned on purchases and certain promotional actions. Points unlock exclusive benefits such as discounts, special offers, and gifts on all RH Excellence products (hair extensions, wigs, accessories, and hair care).
Section 2 – Scope
The program is valid only on the RH EXCELLENCE website and for orders placed by phone with our Customer Care team. Benefits do not apply outside these channels. Loyalty benefits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Section 3 – Enrollment
Enrollment is free and open to natural persons aged 18 or older, acting for personal use, residing in France or abroad. Professionals (salons, stylists, resellers) are not eligible. Sign-up is completed by creating a customer account on www.remyhair.fr. The following information is required: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. Any changes can be reported to contact@remyhair.fr.
Section 4 – Points & Rewards
4.1 How it works
Points are earned on every purchase and on certain promotional actions. You can view your points balance at any time in your account area on www.remyhair.fr.
4.2 Earning points
- Make a purchase: 1 point per euro spent
- Create a customer account: 50 points
- Subscribe to the newsletter: 50 points
- Leave a Google review: 100 points
- Follow our Instagram account: 50 points
- Follow our TikTok account: 50 points
- Post a Story: 100 points
- Post a Feed Post: 150 points
- Post a Reel: 200 points
- Post a TikTok: 200 points
RH Excellence may modify, add, or remove missions and point values at any time. Some missions may require verification (proof of publication, screenshot, link, etc.).
4.3 Redeeming points

Vouchers can be used on RH EXCELLENCE, subject to the conditions displayed at the time of redemption in your account. If an order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted.
Section 5 – Referral Program
The referred friend receives €10 off their first order of at least €50. After that order is validated and after 14 days, the referrer receives a €10 discount to use on a future purchase.
Section 6 – Personal Data & Privacy
Data collected for the program (first name, last name, email, phone) is used to operate and manage the program in accordance with the GDPR. Optional data (e.g., social media handles) may be collected for specific operations. Data is retained for the duration of membership plus applicable legal periods and shared only with service providers necessary to operate the program.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port their data. Requests may be sent to contact@remyhair.fr or via the Legal Notice page. For complaints, you may contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
