How to Return an Item?
- Go to your customer account, click on "My Orders," and then select the relevant order.
- Click on "Details" on the right side of the page.
- At the bottom of the page, select the product(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
- Wait for the Customer Service approval (within a maximum of 24 hours).
- Print your return slip and ensure all the information is correct before placing it in the parcel.
- Carefully package the item to be returned (reuse the original box if possible for an eco-friendly approach).
- Parcel Labeling: You will need to provide your own return label. Ensure that the address of our Returns Service is correctly indicated.
- Drop the parcel off at a post office or a pickup point.
Important Note : Returns must be made within 14 days. After this period, our logistics service may refuse your parcel.

- Items that have been removed from their original fastenings
