You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any unopened and unused items.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
It's easy!
“My Orders”
Go to your customer account, click on “My Orders”, then select the relevant order.
“Details”
To access the order, please click on the “Details” tab located at the top right of the page.
Exchange or refund
Select the product(s) you wish to return and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
How to Return an Item?
- Go to your customer account, click on "My Orders," and then select the relevant order.
- Click on "Details" on the right side of the page.
- At the bottom of the page, select the product(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
- Wait for the Customer Service approval (within a maximum of 24 hours).
- Print your return slip and ensure all the information is correct before placing it in the parcel.
- Carefully package the item to be returned (reuse the original box if possible for an eco-friendly approach).
- Parcel Labeling: You will need to provide your own return label. Ensure that the address of our Returns Service is correctly indicated.
- Drop the parcel off at a post office or a pickup point.
Important Note : Returns must be made within 14 days. After this period, our logistics service may refuse your parcel.
Return Procedure : If you wish to retract your purchase, please note that the return costs are your responsibility. We recommend choosing a secure and traceable return method. For more information on the return process, please consult our retraction guide.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund. The total amount of your order will be credited according to your original method of payment.

Non-Eligible Return Items
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Customized or tailor-made items
- Liquid items
- Items that have been removed from their original fastenings
- Used or worn items
- Items with a perfume smell
- Hair extensions that have undergone coloring, bleaching, Brazilian straightening, or any other chemical treatment
No claim will be accepted once any alteration or chemical treatment has been carried out on the hair, as this alters the product and prevents any verification of its conformity with its original condition.
