Can I return or get a refund for a sale or clearance item?

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part when shipping your order.

For sale items (excluding clearance), returns and refunds are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with packaging and seals intact.
