Can I return an item?

Yes. At RH Excellence, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item. The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused — with its packaging and seals intact for hygiene reasons.

To request a return, log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the relevant order, and follow the return request process. You’ll receive instructions by email on how to send the product back to us.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we made an error or the product is defective. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange, depending on your preference.
